Baby or all your money back

Baby or all your money back means, as the name implies, that if you don’t become pregnant or give birth to a child following treatment at Fertility Clinic IVF-SYD, then you’re entitled to get all your money back without any amount being deducted, i.e. the full amount paid will be reimbursed. You can withdraw from the contract at any time and all your money will be repaid, although an attempt must be made to use all the frozen fertilised eggs.

On the other hand, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if we no longer believe that further treatment will be successful. The programme also includes the possible use of donor eggs and donor sperm.
